The Black Walnut Inn and Vineyard is looking for an experienced breakfast cook to join our busy morning team. In this position, you will review the pre-set menu so that you understand the offerings, you will be in charge of food preparation for the menu, utilize a variety of cooking techniques, plate the food, and hand it off or potentially help run the food. You will work closely with the team of chefs to develop a seasonal breakfast menu and ensure the kitchen runs smoothly and that customers are satisfied with their order. Our perfect candidate has significant food production and culinary experience with a passion for seasonal food and preservation. While a culinary arts degree is not essential, formal training is a plus.
Breakfast Cook Duties and Responsibilities:
Monday & Tuesday - Off
Wednesday – Sunday 7:00 to 1:00
Total: 30 Hrs/Week
