A wine education course tailored to your specific preferences, it is a bespoke experience designed to demonstrate the effect of seasonal variations upon the most pronounced hallmarks of wine. After choosing the AVA, grape variety, or range of vintages that most interest you, Master of Wine Bree Stock will help you put a "time stamp" on your understanding of Oregon wine. Concepts you might explore include how a cool spring affects fruit set and concentration, whether or not rain at harvest truly dictates the success of a vintage, and how warmer-than-average summers play out in the wine press.
