Our wine program is very much built from a “glass half full” perspective. Not because we wish to keep that fine stemware at the proper pour level (which is important, of course!) Rather, we wish our cellar to be a reflection of exactly what inspired your trip to the Willamette Valley in the first place — a particularly spirited way of life that stands for something bigger than us all.
Here you will find a list, and a program, positively brimming with intriguing, noteworthy wines. There is something for every wine enthusiast — Oregon boasts 15 distinct growing regions and dozens of microclimates within them, each with a distinctive soil, slope, and story. And while our selection may range in style, acidity level, and expression of fruit, an underlying current firmly connects each wine grower, and each wine. Swirl your glass, lift it to your nose, and breathe in the collaborative spirit, can-do attitude, and commitment to the earth that defines Oregon.
An extensive, thoughtfully selected wine list is all the more impactful with a certified professional at your side. After all, discourse on wine is the reason many of our guests visit Oregon. Master of Wine Bree Stock and certified sommelier Adam Kruse offer an interactive approach to wine education, guiding each of our guests on their own, personal wine odyssey.MEET OUR TEAM
A native of Southeast Queensland, Australia, Bree’s fascination for all things vinous was born from a natural curiosity and love of storytelling. While studying theater in British Columbia, Bree crossed paths with Canada’s first female Master of Wine, Barbara Phillips. Noting her keen interest in wine, Barbara invited Bree to meet with the many visiting winemakers who frequented the fine-dining restaurant in which they worked.

Absolutely beautiful location. We had a wonderful wine tasting here and highly recommend it to anyone in the area. This place has to have the best views in the Dundee Hills! Rolling hills with vineyards and Mount Hood and Mount Jefferson in the distance.
I'd like to write a negative review so we could keep it to ourselves, but I just can't. If you want an incredible experience, especially if you're in it for the wine, it's the perfect home base. It is an absolute gem! But don't tell anyone.
Utterly breathtaking property with a super knowledgeable staff and amazing proximity to all of the best wineries in the region. I couldn't recommend this place enough. Every morning during breakfast overlooking Dundee valley my wife and I would ask ourselves, "Is this real life?" That's the sign of an amazing accommodation.
