An Oregon native, Zack Ehrlich is the Sous Chef at Black Walnut Inn & Vineyard and The Grange Dundee Hills, where he collaborates with Executive Chef Chase Williams on menu creation, manages the dinner service, oversees the kitchen staff, researches new recipes, visits local farms for inspiration, and more. His natural creativity and love for food pushes him to achieve excellence in the kitchen at Black Walnut Inn & Vineyard and The Grange Dundee Hills.
